V0.3b public

Good day.

I am really sorry for the late public update, It should have been released on Saturday but because of some personal problem that started last week Monday, I did not have access to a phone until last night.

I don't want to go into too much detail so the short version is that my problems were indeed doubled and passed on not to next year, but this month.

I no longer have a proper phone and all the money I saved up from working last year is gone. Fortunately I have already paid my rent for the year before this crap happened so at least I won't have to worry about that.

Because of this, I'll have to go back to my old part-time job and because i also have school to think about, I'll have to yet again change the release schedule. 

I am currently thinking a month for patreons and a week or two extra for public versions but nothing is final until I confirm my work hours and see how much I will be able to handle between that and school.
